**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service Excellence**: Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to every customer. Understand their needs and offer tailored solutions for shipping, printing, mailbox rentals, and other services, ensuring each customer has a positive experience.
- **Shipping & Packaging**: Guide customers in choosing the best shipping options, packages, and services to meet their individual needs. Help with packaging and ensure the safe, timely delivery of their items.
- **Print & Copy Services**: Assist customers with printing, copying, and other document-related services, ensuring quality and accuracy while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- **Customer Inquiries**: Answer customer questions and resolve any concerns quickly and effectively, going above and beyond to ensure their satisfaction.
- **Point of Sale Operations**: Process transactions with accuracy, including cash handling, credit card processing, and issuing receipts. Ensure all customer orders and transactions are processed smoothly and efficiently.
- **Store Maintenance**: Keep the store clean, organized, and inviting, ensuring that customers have a welcoming and pleasant experience.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with your team members to maintain a positive, supportive atmosphere, ensuring customer needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- **Sales and Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about current promotions, products, and services to proactively suggest solutions to customers, enhancing their experience and supporting store goals.

**Skills**
- Strong ability to sell products through effective communication and persuasion techniques.
- Experience with cash handling and familiarity with POS systems.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Knowledge of technical sales is beneficial for assisting customers with specialized products.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and team members alike.
- Ability to perform product demos confidently, showcasing the value of merchandise.
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; a positive attitude is essential.
