**Madeline's Boutique** is currently looking for an experienced (min 2 yrs Retail Sales), Full-Time Sales Associate, starting at $20/hr & Part-Time Sales Associate, starting at $18/hr who is passionate about women's fashion, specifically women's evening wear, enjoys working one-on-one with customers and thrives in a **very fast paced **sales environment. The Sales Associate is responsible for providing outstanding customer service and establishing and developing strong customer relationships. They will demonstrate an entrepreneurial approach to growing their customer base and partner effectively with other team members.
**Responsibilities**:
- Consistently deliver extraordinary service to all customers
- Share expert level of product knowledge with entire store selling team
- Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price change, and related sales support tasks
- Resolve all customer service issues
- Performs opening/closing duties
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers and management
- Perform other duties, as assigned
**Required Skills**:
- Demonstrated interest in the area of women's evening wear
- Strong retail sales experience (min 3 years), with a focus on elevating the customer experience
- Highly collaborative; working with and through others in a team-oriented environment
- Able to work in a **very fast-paced** environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking with mínimal supervision including lifting and carrying evening gowns
- Able to work independently
- MUST work Saturdays
- Enjoys meeting and interacting with customers
- Proficient computer skills
- High energy, attention to detail, initiative, and enthusiasm are required
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
