**Position**: Part-Time Leasing Agent
**Location**: Three Robins Riverside Sales Center, St. Albert set to open March of 2025
**Hours**: Flexible, **must be available to work weekends**

**About Three Robins Riverside**:
Three Robins Riverside is a thoughtfully designed **55+ active adult rental community** set to welcome residents in **fall 2025**. While the building is under construction, leasing activity will take place at our **sales center**, where we help prospective residents explore their future home and lifestyle.

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and assist prospective residents at the **sales center**, providing leasing information
- Guide applicants through the leasing process for a seamless move-in experience
- Support marketing efforts, social media promotions, and community events
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activity and resident interactions
- Collaborate with the leasing management team to achieve leasing goals

**Qualifications**:

- Outgoing and personable with strong customer service skills
- Previous experience in leasing, sales, or hospitality is an asset but not required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office is a plus
- **Must be available to work weekends**

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week
