Who we are looking for?

We are seeking for a dynamic Marketing Manager who is self-motivated and enjoys working in a fast paced environment. This position is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and overseeing activities to promote the product, brand, and the company. Accountable for increasing brand awareness and attracting potential customers, increasing revenue and customer retention strategies, for the core purpose of improving patient outcomes and saving lives globally.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Marketing _
- Develop sales enablement and product assets for each stage of the sales process and customer lifecycle. (E.g., product explainer videos, one
- pagers, customer success stories)
- Oversee the creation of case studies, product overview, competitor comparisons and infographics to promote RAMP products
- Create product strategy for new and future products and manage product marketing communications
- Help in educating internal/external teams to develop product messaging, positioning, differentiation, and value of the products
- Digital & Outbound Marketing_
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Manage the website and creation of landing pages to optimize user experience
- Collaborate with external agencies on content creation and graphic design
- Manage & organize conferences, events, product launches and distributor meetings while controlling the budget and KPIs
- Lead Management _
- Drive revenue growth through demand generation
- Create marketing automation strategy to manage marketing processes and multifunction campaigns across multiple channels
- Qualify inbound leads and oversee lead conversion & Salesforce integration
- Oversee and provide support to sales team and senior management with reports from salesforce
- Implement KPIs and track leading indicators of revenue
- Corporate Marketing _
- Manage brand consistency across the organization and promote brand awareness externally
- Create marketing strategies for promoting the company locally and internationally as a leading diagnostics supplier
- Identify opportunities for Response to obtain awards and increase exposure in the local community and at industry events
- Maintain corporate presence on-line and oversee company Linkedin, Facebook, Indeed and Glass Door pages
- Leadership/Supervision _
- Direct supervision of product specialists and /or marketing associates including performance management, setting priorities and effective staffing and training
- Operate independently to improve team performance and maximize productivity
- Embody the core values of the organization and promote these values to their direct reports

Education, Work Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:

- Formal Education_
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing or business
- Certificate in digital marketing would be preferred
- Proficient in MS office suite and Adobe suite
- Work Experience_
- 8+ years of experience in marketing
- Marketing experience in IVD industry is preferred
- Proficient in marketing business planning as well experience in product launch and lifecycle management
- Skills and Knowledge:_
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Self-Motivated and creative team player
- Experience with automated marketing tools such as Pardot, Hubspot etc.
- Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Experience with B2B marketing and data collection methods
- The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, environment where you may have to wear multiple hats
- Travel is required and will vary - anticipated amount not to exceed 20%.
