We are looking for an individual (within Durham Region, Ontario, Canada) to join our team for Customer service and cleaning. To take care of cleaning our work areas, flower maintenance duties and assist in customer service.

The goal is to keep our business in a clean and orderly condition, restocking supplies and to follow a process to keep our flowers fresh while assisting in customer service with our curbside pick up & phones as needed.

- excellent telephone etiquette
- excellent communication skills in English, both written & verbal
- work effectively under pressure in a very fast paced environment
- take initiative, self-motivated
- diligent & timely cleaning habits/procedures
- available Saturdays and work with unconstructed hours at floral peak periods (holidays )
- hold a valid drivers license (asset)
- computer experience a plus
- expect customer service, order taking, cleaning as well as other general shop duties.
- applicant must be bondable (capable of passing the insurance company's background check)

Our hours are Monday to Friday 10:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday 10:00 to 4:00pm, closed Sunday (except specific floral holidays)

Position requires Saturdays and 1-2 more days per week, with flexible weekday hours.

This business has strict procedures in place to protect staff & clients during Covid restrictions.
