**About the Role**:
We are looking for an experienced **nCino & Salesforce Developer** to lead the design and development of **cloud-native commercial lending solutions**. This role focuses on **building, integrating, and optimizing nCino on the Salesforce platform**, ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant banking solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Lead nCino Development** Oversee the design and implementation of **nCinos Commercial Lending solutions** within Salesforce.
- ** API & Integration Expertise** Develop and maintain **RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and Webhooks** for seamless banking integrations.
- ** Salesforce Customization** Build **Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce** to enhance nCino workflows.
- ** Cloud-Native Architecture** Work with **AWS services (EKS, API Gateway, VPC, etc.)** to optimize lending platforms.
- ** Security & Compliance** Ensure banking systems meet **IT security best practices and regulatory standards**.
- ** Technical Leadership** Guide a development team, perform code reviews, and drive best practices in **CI/CD, automation, and cloud infrastructure**.

**Qualifications**:

- ** 5+ years** of Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Visualforce).
- ** 8+ years** of software development experience with **microservices, AWS, and Java (Spring Boot)**.
- Experience with **nCinos commercial lending products** and **banking integrations**.
- Strong knowledge of **API design, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis**, and security best practices.
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
