**General Qualifications**...

- Eager to learn fabrication processes.
- Ability to take direction & work individually, or with the team.
- Ability to work with tight timelines & with little to no supervision (once trained).
- Available to put in overtime when jobs require.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools, math skills, shop equipment (considered an asset).

**General Duties**...(training provided)
- Operate shop equipment such as saws, grinders, sanders, breaks, etc.
- Review & work from technical drawings for signage fabrication.
- Heavy lifting of materials & finished signs, crates.
- Fabrication of wooden crates for shipping.

**Cross Training Opportunities**(training provided)
- Soldering & wiring for LED lighting.
- Print production & file prep.
- CNC operations.
