Sojourn Signs is a 3M Certified Sign Fabricator focused on producing top-quality graphics and signage products and accessories. We specialize in regulatory and construction signs. In addition, we offer products specific to the road construction industry, signage products, traffic control products, arrowboards, crash trailers, and other related products for the past 34 years.

Job Summary:
**Some Duties of a Sign Fabricator/Shop Assistant include**:
As a **Sign Fabricator / Shop Assistant**, you’ll support our production team by:

- Helping with sign production and assembly
- Cutting sign materials to size
- Picking, packing, and shipping customer orders
- Keeping the shop organized and tidy
- Installation of signs at customers job site

**Skills / Education / Experience**:

- Able to read, write and speak English
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Comfortable with standing, bending, lifting, and moving materials
- Experience with signage, vinyl, or installation is a plus — but we’ll train the right person
- A valid driver's license (Class 5 or higher) with a clean driver’s abstract

- Organized, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious
- Willing to work indoors and outdoors, rain or shine
- Positive, can-do attitude

Pay: $16.50-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week

Additional pay:
