We are currently looking to hire a parking supervisor for our Ottawa office. You would be part of an exciting team, where your skills would be recognized and valued. You would ensure that all operations are running smoothly and assure customer satisfaction.

**What Would You Be Doing?**
- Point of contact for all customer inquiries and needs.
- Payroll approval
- Report Completion
- Staff training, coaching, mentoring and general staff management
- Additional duties as assigned

**What Are We Looking For?**
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience with some experience being in a supervisor role.
- Clean driver's G license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
