Sales Training Specialist

**Position Summary**

The Sales Training Specialist will identify training gaps, create, and develop content, implement, and conduct training for employees within the Sales Department. This is a non-supervisory role.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Work with sales stakeholders to review existing training materials and tools, and capture additional training information and document as needed
- Assess training gaps within Sales department (material, delivery methods, length of training, refresher courses, etc.)
- Utilize learning management system (LMS) to build e-learning modules
- Creating training manuals, classroom activities, and other materials needed to deliver trainings
- Facilitate and conduct orientation and training sessions as required
- Coordinate new employee training schedules and document completion
- Ensure all training content is up to date
- Monitor and report training KPIs related to Sales Learning Path
- Assists in the evaluation and content audits of sales training programs
- Performs other duties as assigned in relation to training the Sales department.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 2 years minimum of experience directly related to training and development.
- Knowledge of training methods, styles, and adult learning principles.
- Experience facilitating and conducting training sessions
- Experience working with e-learning platforms
