**RFP Writer - Overview / General Purpose**:
This role will partner with sales and various internal stake holders to develop a strategy for RFPS and RFQ’s. You will play a leading role in the proposal process from start to finish, writing winning responses to proposal requests and related documents. **Minimum Required Skills and Experience**:

- 1-3+ years’ experience in a RFP writer role/Proposal writer role
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field would be considered an asset
- Familiarity with RFP/ RFQ tenders cycle
- Experience utilizing social media for sales outreach purposes; LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.
- Superior writing (including grammar, style, spelling, punctuation), editing, and proofreading skills for accuracy and quality
- Solid formatting experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe Suite and graphic development tools)
- Understanding of disability management services or related consulting practices, an asset
- Skilled at researching and obtaining information via internet, networking and other social media tools
- Preference given to Bilingual Individuals
- English / French
- Abide by company policy, i.e. no gossip, Health & Safety, etc.
