Our Real Estate team includes a diverse group of business banking professionals who strive every single day to achieve strong results for the bank and their clients. What your day will look like:
Credit underwriting. Risk management. Creative problem solving. Learning. Collaboration & partnership.

Skills that will take you further:
- Financially savvy. You are experienced in the analysis of financial statements and detailed evaluation of the loan prospects. You will prepare credit submissions (new loan requests, renewals, annual reviews, amendments and credit memos) for new and existing clients to support the achievement of branch financial objectives through effective and timely credit underwriting, while balancing risk and reward to CWB’s risk appetite.- Client focused. You have the right tools implement stewardship strategies and provide advice to exceed client expectations while maintaining positive relationships. You will be expected to deliver outstanding client experiences at every interaction and execute on plans to continuously build the client experience, in line with CWB’s brand promise.- A strategic planner. You’ve heard it your whole life, but you’re a planner and a great one at that. Your innate eye for details and strategy allows you effectively multitask and meet deadlines.- A great support. You are adept at learning new software that you will use on a day-to-day basis and have a keen eye for improving and perfecting processes.

Foundational knowledge and experience to grow from:
A Business Administration or related diploma would prove beneficial, especially when complimented by 2 years’ experience in business banking, commercial or real estate lending, including construction lending or related experience. If your education includes Urban Land Economics or post secondary Real Estate Appraisal courses - it will set you apart. At a minimum, you must experience with financial statement analysis and und
