Relevant du Gestionnaire des installations et de la sécurité, et travaillant avec un minimum de supervision, le ou la titulaire de ce poste fera partie de l’équipe des opérations quotidiennes des installations et de santé et sécurité. Le travail inclut le nettoyage, les réparations mineures, l’entretien général ainsi que le maintien de bonnes relations avec les collègues, les étudiants, les locataires, le personnel de la résidence, et les sous-traitants.

**Exigences**
- Permis de conduire de classe G;
- Avoir une forme physique appropriée pour le poste;
- Être capable de soulever jusqu’à 23 kg;
- La langue de travail est le français;
- Démontrer un sens de l’organisation et de la débrouillardise;
- Démontrer une ouverture à l’apprentissage;
- La connaissance ou les certificats en gestion des installations, HVAC, construction, santé et sécurité au travail, premiers soins, ou une combinaison équivalente appropriée d’études et d’expérience dans les domaines techniques seront un atout.

Summary of Job Description

Reporting to the Facilities and Security Manager and working with a minimum of supervision, the Maintenance Worker will be part of a team that handles daily building and safety operations. Job duties include cleaning, small repairs, general maintenance, as well as maintaining good relations with co-workers, students, tenants, residence staff, and suppliers.

Required
- Class G driver’s license
- Be physically capable of doing the job
- Be able to lift up to 23 kg
- The working language is French
- Demonstrate organization and adaptability skills
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn
- Knowledge or certification in building management, HVAC, construction, health and safety, first aid or an equivalent combination of related studies and experience in trades will be considered an asset.
