If you're ready to unleash your creativity and be part of something extraordinary, come "Dive into the future" with us at REALITY DROP, where the extraordinary awaits **Customer Service Representative responsibilities are but not limited to**: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Problem-solving abilities to resolve issues and provide technical assistance to customers who might experience difficulties with the virtual reality equipment, software, or platform - Strong organizational skills to manage scheduling and ensure smooth operations - Manage bookings, appointments, and customer databases and perform administrative duties, such as record-keeping, updating customer databases, cash out - Regularly clean and disinfect the virtual reality headsets, controllers, and other equipment between each customer use to maintain a hygienic environment - Provide feedback to management on customer service issues **Do you have these qualities?** - Fun & Motivated? - Passionate &Enthusiastic? - Multitasker & Detail orientated? - Friendly & Charming? - Good listener & Problem Solver? - Tech Savvy & possess the ability to work in a fast passed environment? **If yes, you might just be the right fit** **Job Type**: Part-time Pay: $15.30-$19.50 per hour Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week Additional pay: - Bonus pay - Commission pay - Tips **Benefits**: - Casual dress - Discounted or free food - Paid time off Flexible language requirement: - French not required Schedule: - 4 hour shift - 8 hour shift - Evening shift - Every Weekend - Holidays - On call - Weekends as needed **Education**: - Secondary School (preferred) **Experience**: - Customer service: 2 years (preferred) Licence/Certification: - Smart Choices (preferred) Work Location: In person
