**Qualifications**:

- Bilingual in French English is absolutely required.
- Completion of post-secondary education in the field of Human Resources Management or related discipline.
- A minimum of 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience preferably with specialized positions within a medium to large organization.
- Experience managing multiple strategic searches and client relationships.
- Proficiency working with recruiting and people-related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems, resume databases, internet sourcing tools and various reporting tools.

***Key Functions and Responsibilities**:

- ** Reporting**: Ability to run reporting, metrics, & recruitment analytics that facilitate the growth of talent pipelines.
