Sponsorships Lead - Lead the strategy development of all corporate and brand sponsorships and develop and execute sponsorship activities, monitoring and reporting on results.
- Portfolio Management - assist in planogram planning, prepare customer and internal presentations, review and report sales data, etc.
- Product Marketing Plan Execution - contribute to development and execution of product marketing initiatives (i.e. creative briefs, digital assets creation, photography and video production) in collaboration with Director, Product Development
- Shopper Marketing Execution - contribute and collaborate with Director, Product Development on shopper marketing strategy plans and lead programs execution.
- Packaging: Lead and support packaging design development for innovation and renovation projects working with key stakeholders. Collaborate with Innovation Manager on new product innovation and renovation projects.
- Sales Support - Lead development of sales and customer marketing elements (i.e. flyers, sell sheets, presentations, etc.).
- University degree in Business Administration - major in Marketing preferred
- 5+ years of experience in brand management and/or product development
- Quantitative, business analysis & project management skills
- Creative & strategic thinking/planning skills
- Problem solving, negotiating and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills (oral & written)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Advanced skills with PowerPoint, Excel & Word
