As a qualified **Building Maintenance Technician** - Renovation Contractor, you might ask yourself what makes us so special. **The Position**

**About You**

To be considered for this role, you should have the following:

- At least two to five years' experience in construction, renovations, plumbing, and/or other trades with a preference for those with commercial experience
- Flexible attitude regarding scope of work
- A passion for being on the tools
- A valid driver license in good standing
- Familiarity with the Greater Toronto Area
- A focus on safety and quality
- Highly driven and focused on doing the right thing for customers
- Exceptional work ethic
- A commitment to world-class customer service
- A desire to have fun and work hard
