Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collect, analyze, and interpret cost data to determine the costs of products, services, and operations.
- Prepare and maintain cost accounting records, including cost of goods sold (COGS), inventory valuation, and standard costing.
- Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Support strategic initiatives by conducting financial modeling and scenario analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze production processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial analysis.

**Skills**:

- Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- CPA designation is required.
- Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Highly computer proficient with experience in MS Office, especially Excel and/or other accounting programs.
- Experience with implementation of ERP systems an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in finance automation, process improvement and technology integration.
- Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
