The Junior Financial Analyst is responsible for the coordination and communication of financial data and ensuring that monthly financial management reporting is conducted accurately and on a timely basis.- Diploma in accounting, finance, math, business or related field
- 1 - 3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of Chrome, google docs, google sheets and google forms
- Yardi experience considered an asset
- Payroll process knowledge preferred
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- General understanding of computerized accounting systems
- Accuracy and attention to detail while working under tight deadlines
- High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and/or reasoning to identify underlying principles, reasons, or facts
- Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills
