**Job Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated **Seasonal Sales Associates** to join our **Solar Team** for the upcoming season. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. As a **Seasonal Associate**, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience, assisting with sales, and promoting our **Solar installations** at our kiosk in malls in Richmond and White Rock. This is a temporary, 2 week contract position that offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth of a dynamic and innovative company.

**Responsibilities**
- **Engage with customers** to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their preferences.
- **Gather potential customer information** such as name and phone number for follow-up and lead generation.
- **Communicate effectively** with customers to ensure they are informed about product offerings, promotions, and benefits.
- **Assist in technical sales** by explaining the features and advantages of our Solar products and installations.
- **Upsell products** by identifying additional solutions that meet customer needs and enhance their experience.
- **Maintain an organized workspace** at the kiosk, ensuring the sales area is well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
- **Collaborate with team members** to meet sales targets, share best practices, and achieve store-wide goals.

**Experience & Skills**
- Previous experience in **retail** or **customer service** is preferred but not required.
- Strong **organizational skills** to manage tasks efficiently and stay on top of responsibilities in a busy retail environment.
- Ability to **communicate clearly and effectively** with both customers and team members.
- A **proactive attitude** toward learning new products, improving sales techniques, and providing top-notch customer service.
- **Passion for sustainability** and renewable energy is a plus
