**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing expert advice and product knowledge to customers is a must, helping them find the best kitchen tools and equipment for their needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Operate the register, process transactions, and handle customer returns or exchanges.
- Assist with store inventory, restocking, and merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding community-based customer service, ensuring every customer has an excellent shopping experience.

**Requirements**:

- Must be mature and reliable with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends and seasonal shifts, including evenings when the store is seasonally open late.
- Previous retail experience in a customer-facing role is a MUST.
- Interest or experience in high-end kitchen products is a MUST.
