**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve food and drinks according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, responding promptly to any requests or concerns.
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of dining areas before and after service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, utensils, and service areas throughout the shift.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively during busy periods.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation procedures in a restaurant setting.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Experience in food preparation or previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
- Capable of upselling menu items through effective communication skills.
- Team player who can collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall dining experience.
