**Overview**:
**Responsibilites**:

- Design, edit, and produce high-quality recruitment marketing materials in both print (brochures, posters, postcards, newsletters) and digital formats to support recruitment and conversion initiatives.
- Research and identify best practices and suitable mediums (print and digital) to effectively engage prospective students, applicants, and their influencers.
- Conceptualize and develop layouts, designs, and content based on aesthetic design principles, ensuring alignment with Lakehead University’s brand identity.
- Prepare final layouts according to printer and electronic standards, including pre-flight packaging.
- Maintain an inventory of multimedia content (videos, photos, written content) for use across various marketing platforms.
- Develop and implement a Content Management plan that aligns with the recruitment funnel and broader team strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in marketing and communications
- Prior experience managing an organization and/or department's digital/social media marketing presence with experience in multiple platforms and analytics is preferred
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and video editing
- Experience designing and publishing, from concept to delivery of final product, a variety of promotional and marketing materials
