**JDE Business Analyst**

**YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**:

- Configuration and customization of JD Edwards modules to meet business requirements.
- Testing, documentation, and end-user training.
- Conducting business process reviews to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Implementation and maintenance of system enhancements and integrations.
- Leading cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.
- Providing tier 1 user support and hands-on support of daily, monthly, and annual processes
- Liaise with IT manager for cross-platform support, as needed.

**YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS JOB IF YOU HAVE**:

- College diploma of university degree in the field of computer sciences, business or equivalent.
- Project Management and/or Business Analyst certification an asset.
- 5+ years of JDE experience (EnterpriseOne 9.0 or higher).
- Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling and data modeling.
- Windows and SQL database experience.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience working within the Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance module, preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage several tasks at once and prioritize accordingly.
- Ability to understand user requirements and translate them into system functionality.
- Familiarity with Business Objects, BI Publisher, Orchestrator, QlikView, Hubble, and JDE mobile apps an asset.
- Must be a team player and proactive in terms of system improvements.

**SECURITY**
- Must be able to meet Canadian Controlled Goods requirements.
