Fuel Transport is expanding rapidly and looking for a **Marketing Coordinator** for our office located in LaSalle, Quebec. The Marketing Coordinator will be tasked with expanding the Fuel brand alongside the marketing department, by adding their creativity and personal touch to the promotion and visibility efforts.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Develop strategic marketing initiatives and activities.
- Implement and manage traditional and digital marketing campaigns from planning to execution.
- Support the marketing and design teams by coordinating and assembling content.
- Coordinate the production of marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
- Set up project management and tracking systems for all marketing campaigns and activities.
- Conduct market research to identify marketing ideas and opportunities.
- Research trends, concepts, and art layouts.
- Manage Marketing platforms and identify the type of content and topics that can engage those communities.
- Support all Marketing related events, create a detailed marketing plan outlining strategies to promote the event.
- Determine target audience segments and tailor messaging accordingly.
- Create, maintain, and strengthen the organization’s overall brand through all media avenues.
- Manage contractors and vendors.
- Produce and adapt graphic design and visual collaterals to ensure brand integrity.
- Assist in all other related marketing projects, such as events coordination and internal communication.
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing department, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and handling inquiries.
**Education and qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar position a plus.
- Strong writing skills a plus.
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools, Mailchimp, WordPress, Canva and Google analytics.
- Experience working with social media, Microsoft Office Suite, and content management tools.
- Highly proficient with latest Adobe Creative Cloud tools (primarily Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign), Portfolio necessary. (Consider an asset)
