We’re looking for an experienced **Project Coordinator**. In this position you coordinate people and processes to ensure that our
projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will work
closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of
each project is on schedule.
**Your day-to-day might consist of the following**:
- Responsible to create and maintain project charter agreement for all stakeholders.
- Responsible for internal meeting - present solution and client expectations to team.
- Schedules and milestone client approvals.
- Responsible to facilitate and organize continuous improvement initiatives.
- Onsite management of resources
- Responsible for adjustments, escalation of issues and status reporting to all stakeholders.
- Responsible for project change management process and change status.
- Responsible to report project milestone status for budget, timing, scope to all stakeholders.

**We are looking for someone who can meet the following requirements**:
- 2-5 years experience in Controls and software system integration.
- 1-3 years Project Management experience.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel and work within the United States.
- Ability to earn the trust of key stakeholders quickly and confidently.
- Ability to motivate teams and deliver difficult messages with skill.
- Self-directed, highly motivated individual with the ability to work collaboratively and deliver.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts into messages for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Effective presentation skills.
