We take pride in executing high-quality municipal infrastructure projects across Nova Scotia. As we expand, we’re looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to help manage and streamline our operations on-site and in the office.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Coordinator with proven proficiency in Procore project management software. In this role, you’ll work directly with the company owner and site supervisors to coordinate ongoing civil projects, including underground utilities and street reconstruction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and maintain all project documentation within Procore
- Coordinate daily site logistics, material deliveries, and subcontractor schedules
- Support project tracking, cost control, and reporting
- Maintain communication between field crews, suppliers, and management
- Attend site meetings and document progress, issues, and changes
- Assist with estimating, scheduling, and purchase orders
- Ensure compliance with specifications, timelines, and safety standards

Qualifications:

- Mandatory: Minimum 2 years experience using Procore for project coordination or management
- 3+ years experience in civil construction, with strong knowledge of water, sewer, storm, and road work
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to visit multiple job sites

Pay: $55,672.00-$75,000.00 per year
