The ideal Marketing Coordinator possesses:

- A post-secondary degree, diploma or certificate in Marketing or a similar field.
- Strong visual design and video editing skills are an asset.
- A proficiency in digital marketing and familiarity with social media platforms, content creation and marketing tools.
- The ability to use a customer database and other office software (i.e., Microsoft 365).
- The ability to effectively manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
- An understanding of website and digital analytics.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with management across the organization.
- Adaptability and accountability.

**WHAT YOU DO (Duties & Responsibilities)**:
The Marketing Coordinator will:

- Work closely with management at multiple automotive dealerships to understand needs and implement appropriate marketing initiatives.
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns (i.e., online and radio) and customer appreciation events.
- Develop social media content, including videos.
- Work collaboratively with all members of the Marketing Team and maintain daily communication with the Marketing Manager.
- Keep all marketing related documents organized and confidential.
- Supervise the quality of social media posts, photos, videos and content.

**PERFORMANCE STANDARDS**:
Marketing Coordinators are expected to meet key performance indicators related to lead generation, accuracy of content and brand, responsiveness rates and marketing strategy results. Additionally, possessing and maintaining a valid driver’s license and providing a criminal record check are conditions of employment.

**WORKING CONDITIONS**:
The working environment is highly competitive and fast-paced. Hours of work may be extended to including evenings and weekends.
