Are you seeking a customer service role where you’ll be part of a collaborative team that is dedicated to problem solving, safety and helping grow customer relationships?

Kal Tire is seeking a Service Writer to join our busy team onsite at our Yellowhead Trail location in Edmonton. As a new team member, you’ll learn Kal Tire products and process and help our customers with their vehicle repair needs in a B2B commercial environment.

**About the Role**:

- Explain customers’ needs to staff to ensure vehicle maintenance is performed as needed
- Provide information to our customers on Kal Tire products and services

**What you bring**:

- You enjoy creating and building long term customer relationships
- Prior Automotive, Heavy Duty or Parts experience
- Committed to maintaining a positive, collaborative, and supportive workplace
- You are organized and can multitask with ease

**Hours**:

- Full Time
- Monday - Saturday
- Within the hours of: 8am - 5pm
- Overtime opportunities available
