Key Responsibilities:

- **System Maintenance**: Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks to ensure optimal performance, including routine updates and security checks.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of support requests, issues resolved, and ongoing projects to facilitate communication and track progress.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the IT team to implement new technologies and enhance existing systems, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

- **Experience**: Proven experience in an IT support role, with a strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems, along with familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, network protocols, and security practices.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users effectively.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, while also being self-motivated and capable of working independently.
