About Couch & Associates

A marketing technology agency, we are a team of Marketing Analysts, Prospect Concierges, Data Scientists, Strategic Advisors, and Developers that use an agile and continuous development methodology.

Our customers are Large Revenue Companies doing innovative marketing with the newest technology. We enable them to fully utilize their marketing technology stacks in such a way as to empower our customers’ marketing and sales teams to influence pipelines and customer lifecycles.

**Responsibilities**

Reporting to the Managing Partner and Founder, the new Marketing Consultant will be responsible for successful project delivery, ensuring solutions delivered exceed customer expectations, on-time and within budget.
- Create high-impact internal and customer-facing materials that clearly communicate the value of work performed and solutions delivered;
- Provide strategic leadership in the formulation and development of innovative solutions for our customers;
- Develop impactful and valued business relationships with clients, partners and fellow team members;
- Working in an agile environment, conduct project backlog grooming sessions in response to evolving ideas, changing requirements and identified risks;
- Support the Managing Consultant in developing account strategies and providing the necessary, guidance, leadership and support for the customer to ensure successful execution;
- Foster new relationships and grow existing ones by expanding the services and solutions that can be delivered to clients;
- Embrace thought-leadership by staying up-to-date on industry news, technology trends and best practices;
- Other duties as required.

**About You**
- You have 5 + years of marketing experience with a technology background and knowledge of the MarTech space;
- You have experience with and a solid technical level understanding of marketing automation and CRM platforms; certification a strong asset;
- Certification in Salesforce: Marketing Cloud and Pardot, as well as Marketo and Eloqua.
- You have a strong understanding of the agile methodology; agile experience an asset;
- You have a strong comprehension of marketing operations; experience with successful analysis, design and rollout of marketing processes and infrastructure with positive adoption;
- You have experience with building strategies and/or tactics using Competitive, Market and/or Customer Intelligence;
- You are a proactive self-starter which will be critical to your success and take initiative without direct supervision;
- You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced and hands-on environment;
- You possess superior communication skills that command the attention of and influence others internally and externally;
- You have dynamic interpersonal skills that allow you to build strong relationships across the organization as well as within the business community;
- You are an innovative and creative problem solver.
