**Nature of Position**:

- **Work with designated OT/PT to carry out established intervention plans**:

- **Provide 1:1 client sessions under the direction of PT/OT**:

- **Lead child and family group sessions developed in collaboration with OT/PT**:

- **Assist in the modification of PT/OT intervention plans**:

- **Report observation of client’s progress to supervising therapist**:

- **Maintain up to date client records**:

- **Responsible for the maintenance of the equipment library, including safety and quality of items**:

- **Complete intake screening, assist with booking appointments**:
**Required Qualifications**:

- **A Rehabilitation/Therapy Assistant diploma, an Early Childhood Educator diploma, an equivalent education with two years’ experience working with young children with diverse abilities and/or experience working with early intervention therapies**:

- **Recent, related experience working in Pediatric Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy is an asset**:
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- **Proven collaboration, communication and consultation skills**:

- **Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing**:

- **Ability to work independently and as part of a team**:

- **Proven organization and time management skills are required**:

- **Ability to adapt to change and embrace new technology**:

- **Competency using a virtual platform, electronic client record system and word processing software**:
