**Who we are**:
FXR is a family-owned company based in Oak Bluff, just 10 minutes south of Winnipeg, with nearly 30 years of experience in outfitting adventure and adrenaline seekers. Our passion is creating innovative apparel, riding and protective gear for various outdoor activities, including snowmobiling, motocross, fishing, and working outside.

With more than 150 employees and offices in Canada, the US, and Sweden, FXR has a global presence and serves customers in more than 50 countries.

**The opportunity**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Be the friendly and knowledgeable voice our customers rely on
- Answer questions, transfer calls to other departments when appropriate, resolve concerns and offer solutions
- Bring a positive and professional energy to the workplace
- Provide prompt and courteous service to dealers, including tracking orders and resolving issues, including warranty
- Guide customers through the purchase process, using your knowledge and product specifications to meet their needs.
- May be asked to assist at trade shows and other industry events
- Collaborate with a supportive team that is passionate about going the extra mile and providing great service in every interaction.
- Build strong working relationship with dealers and sales representatives.

**What you bring**:

- Previous customer service experience is preferred but a positive can-do attitude is even better.
- Fluent in both French and English is required, both verbal and written proficiency.
- A problem solver mindset and ability to work under pressure
- Proficient in the use of computers and associated programs, including working knowledge of MS Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
- Able to adapt to changing priorities
- Team player with the ability to also work independently
- Exposure to Motocross and/or Snowmobile racing culture is considered an asset

This position is based at FXR’s global headquarters in Oak Bluff, Manitoba, just 10 minutes from the city.
