About the Role
We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dental Model Room Technician to join our dental laboratory team. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in model preparation and a strong understanding of dental lab workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mix plaster and pour dental models with precision and consistency.
- Pour materials into molds and plaster casts to create accurate dental impressions.
- Trim and finish dental models to meet quality standards.
- Mount and articulate models according to case specifications and dental anatomy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to support efficient production.
- Collaborate with other lab technicians and departments to ensure timely case completion.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a dental lab or model room setting an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Familiarity with dental terminology and lab equipment is an asset.
