Join our dedicated veterinary team as a Client Service Representative, where you’ll be the welcoming face and helpful voice of our clinic At Grand River Veterinary Hospital, we pride ourselves on delivering top-quality veterinary care with compassion, integrity, and a personal touch. Our team of veterinarians, technicians, and support staff works together to create a warm, professional environment for both pets and their owners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage client communications.
- Maintain accurate client and patient records
- Process payments and invoices
- Support the veterinary team with administrative tasks
- Help maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle sensitive situations with empathy and discretion

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (veterinary or medical setting a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with computers and veterinary management software
- A love for animals and a desire to support pet health and well-being
