We are looking for an **Experienced Framing Crew Lead **to join our team. Our Framing Crew Leads are responsible for the structural execution of our custom homes and larger renovation projects. You will work in a fast-paced environment with experienced and passionate team members who value integrity, excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.

**Responsibilities**
- Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Use project drawings to develop framing plan and set goals to execute scope of work
- Supervise crew members and allocate daily responsibilities for productive/efficient output
- Provide leadership and training as needed
- Coordination of materials and equipment for project
- Management of assigned equipment and tools
- Routinely communicate project progress, identify problems and suggest solutions to the Construction Manager
- Maintain construction schedule by ensuring quality work is completed on time
- Follow safety rules and maintain a clean and organized work site
- Comfortable working at heights and in a variety of weather conditions

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5-7 years of residential framing carpentry experience and a minimum of 2 years leading a framing crew
- Highly motivated and thrives on goal achievement
- High attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs
- Must have valid driver’s license
