**What You Will Do**:

- ** Deliver exceptional customer service, both internally and externally**:
- ** Discuss and problem solve queries from Claims and other operational departments**:
- ** Recommend continuous improvement ideas and value added initiative to Claims**:
- ** Coordinate resources and participate in projects and system testing as needed**:
- ** Lead, manage and develop team members to maximize performance and efficiency**:
- ** Provide coaching for administrative processes and develop new workflows as needed**:
- ** Ensure adherence to Regulatory requirements including transaction input and coding**:
- ** Create and deliver annual performance reviews along with appropriate action plans**:
- ** Conduct feedback discussions with associates for performance & development**:
- ** Encourage continuous learning within the Team**:
**Who You Are**:
- ** Post-secondary education completed in a related field**:
- ** A minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience**:
- ** A minimum of 5 years of claims administrative experience or equivalent**:
- ** Working knowledge of property and casualty insurance operational departments**:
- ** Knowledge of claims administration processes and phone queue oversight**:
- ** Innovative, strategic and cooperative skills required**:
- ** Excellent verbal and written communication skills**:
- ** Have excellent judgment and strong problem-solving skills**:
- ** Possess exceptional organizational skills and an ability to prioritize workloads**:
- ** Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)**:
- ** Be able to work with mínimal supervision**:
