What you’ll do
- Perform preventive maintenance and continuous monitoring of our robotic cooking kitchen units.
- Troubleshoot units to quickly diagnose and resolve mechanical/electrical issues.
- Support the R&D team by testing new developments on site and at headquarters, providing clear feedback and test reports.
- Install new units, from mechanical assembly to electrical bring-up and verification.

What you bring
- Hands-on mechanical assembly and disassembly of structures and mechanisms.
- Electrical cable routing and panel/device wiring best practices.
- Testing and validation of electrical components.
- Soldering of electrical/electronic components.
- Mechanical prototyping (fixtures, brackets, quick iterations).
- Basic networking knowledge (IP basics, switches, cabling).
- Experience with Linux systems (basic CLI, logs, services).
- Solid basic electronics/electrical knowledge (DC power, sensors, relays, safety).
- Strong problem-solving mindset; methodical, data-driven troubleshooting.

Nice to have (optional)
- Experience with automation/robotics, sensors, drives, PLCs, or HMIs.
- Familiarity with documentation (checklists, maintenance logs, test reports).
- Bilingual (EN/FR).

- **Ce que vous ferez**
- Effectuer la **maintenance préventive** et le **suivi continu** de nos cuisines robotisées.
- **Dépanner** les unités pour diagnostiquer et résoudre rapidement les problèmes mécaniques/électriques.
- **Soutenir l’équipe R&D** en testant les nouvelles évolutions sur site et au siège, avec retours et rapports d’essais.
- **Installer de nouvelles unités**, de l’assemblage mécanique à la **mise en service électrique** et aux vérifications.

**Ce que vous apportez**
- **Assemblage et désassemblage** mécaniques de structures et mécanismes.
- **Cheminement de câbles** et bonnes pratiques de **câblage** (armoires/appareils).
- **Tests et validation** de composants électriques.
- **Soudure** de composants électriques/électroniques.
- **Prototypage mécanique** (gabarits, supports, itérations rapides).
- Notions de **réseautique** (IP de base, commutateurs, câblage).
- Expérience des **systèmes Linux** (CLI de base, journaux, services).
- Solides bases en **électronique/électricité** (alimentation CC, capteurs, relais, sécurité).
- Fort **esprit d’analyse** et **dépannage** méthodique, guidé par les données.

**Atouts (optionnel)**
- Expérience en **automatisation/robotique**, capteurs, variateurs, **PLC** ou **HMI**.
- Aisance avec la **documentation** (listes de contrôle, registres de maintenance, rapports d’essais).
- **Bilingue** (FR/EN).

Pay: $22.38-$32.55 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
