We are currently seeking an experienced **Administrative Assistant** to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to various departments and teams within the company. You will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and performing other general administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has strong communication skills.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Organize and maintain documents and files.
- Assist with data entry and record keeping.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.
- Greet and assist visitors.
- Order and maintain office supplies.
- Perform other general administrative tasks as assigned.
