**About the Role**

Cộng Cà Phê is looking for a creative and coffee-loving **freelance social media manager/content creator** to help us grow our presence on Instagram and TikTok. This part-time role is perfect for a social-savvy creator who’s passionate about storytelling, community building, and Vietnamese coffee culture.

You'll lead content creation, video editing, post scheduling, and monthly performance reporting, and help us build an authentic, local voice that connects with our growing audience in Toronto.

**Responsibilities**
- Plan, create, and edit engaging short-form video and photo content (IG Reels, TikToks, Stories, Posts)
- Develop and maintain a content calendar across Instagram and TikTok
- Write copy that reflects Cong’s unique tone and cultural identity
- Visit our stores regularly to capture original content (minimum 2x/month)
- Monitor community engagement and respond to comments/messages
- Track performance and create monthly social media reports
- Collaborate with the team on seasonal campaigns, store openings, and promotions

**Must-Haves**
- Based in the **Greater Toronto Area (GTA)** with access to visit our Toronto stores
- Proven experience growing social accounts (ideally for food & beverage, retail, or lifestyle brands)
- Strong portfolio of **video-first content** (especially Reels & TikTok)
- Proficiency in mobile editing tools (ie. CapCut, InShot, Adobe Rush)
- Passion for coffee and comfort working independently

**Nice-to-Haves**
- Familiarity with Vietnamese food, coffee, or culture
- Photography or graphic design skills (ie. Canva, Lightroom, Adobe)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
