We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager to join our growing team.
As the Social Media Manager, you will play a vital role in enhancing our brand presence across various social media platforms. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and analysing performance metrics to drive our online community.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies that align with our marketing goals and brand objectives.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content for all social media platforms.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, brand mentions, and customer feedback, and engage with the audience to foster community.
- Analyse and report on the performance of social media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and implement them in strategies.
- Develop and oversee social media advertising campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
- Coordinate social media contests, giveaways, and community-driven initiatives to increase audience engagement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a brand or agency setting.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
- Proven track record of creating engaging and shareable content.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyse data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
