Realtor Recruiter

On behalf of our client, Katrina & The Team brokered by eXp Realty. We are searching for a Realtor Recruiter to manage all aspects of full cycle recruitment of realtors to the team. **Key Responsibilities**:
The primary function of this role is to lead the full cycle of Realtor Recruitment for the organization. This is a key role in assisting in the development and growth of Katrina & the Team:

- Utilizing job boards to post jobs that reach potential new real estate team members
- Leading strategic initiatives to rapidly recruit high-producing and high-potential real estate agents to the office
- Presenting an update on the success of implemented recruiting methods to the team on a regular basis
- Supporting the ISA department and the Sales Manager
- Promoting Katrina & the team as the team of choice in the Lower Mainland

**Required Experiences & Competencies**:

- 2+ years’ experience in a fast-paced recruitment or talent acquisition role
- Experienced in writing and posting Job Adverts on a variety of platforms
- Experienced at attending and thriving at professional networking events
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals
- Demonstrated proven track record recruiting
- Experience in a high-growth or start-up environment preferred
- Ability to build powerful relationships and recruit effectively and consistently
- Proven ability to work in a collaborative team setting
- Extraordinary people skills, a natural networker
- Goal setting,planning, accountability skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Real estate knowledge or active interest
- Great at time management and organization
- Can enhance the culture of an office
- Driving license with regular access to a vehicle
