**Business Immigration Specialist -Toronto, Ontario**

Erickson Immigration Group has a career opportunity for a **Business **I**mmigration Specialist** to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

**Primary Responsibilities for the Role**:

- Liaison with the client on site regarding signature documents
- Answer foreign nationals’ questions as needed and/or referring them to the correct source
- Report to EIG offices questions, issues, concerns or other matters from the client and/or foreign nationals
- Serve as immigration specialist/resource to client population on-site for all immigration matters.
- Schedule meetings with client(s) to provide overview of upcoming visa processes and answers questions, as needed.
- Follow up/meet with client to obtain outstanding documentation.
- Facilitate completion of immigration submissions by obtaining signatures, missing information, etc. from client.
- Create, edit, print and distribute materials.
- Ensure that client is compliant with posting and maintaining required documentation.
- Prepare immigration-related correspondence (e.g. employment confirmation letters, invitation letters, travel packets, business introduction letters, etc.) for client, as needed.
- General administrative duties as needed (i.e. faxing, copying, typing, etc.).
- Maintain client contact information.
- Routine case monitoring
- Assist in preparing certain visa petitions
- Draft immigration assessments for potential visa options.
- Manage case initiation process and fact gathering.
- Prepare, update and manage status reports. Prepare custom reports. Build knowledge of Firm and client processes.

**Qualification Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of Business Immigration experience
- Experience with INS Zoom
- Quick communicative responses
- Stellar customer service attitude
- Prior business immigration petition processing
- Microsoft Office Suite experience as well as Workday
