We are looking for a Crew Leader to manage and supervise a team of labourers. The crew leader is expected to finish the assigned schedule of jobs safely and on time. The services that are offered are window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and lawn maintenance. The crew leader must be comfortable working with ladders at heights (maximum 3 stories) on residential and commercial properties and willing to learn how to use equipment such as pressure washers and lawn mowers. If you enjoy working outside, this is the position for you. Work is full-time from end of April to December with opportunities for time off in August and opportunities for part-time work from January to April. This position offers more compensation opportunities for efficient work.

**Responsibilities**:

- Safely operate company vehicle from job to job
- Maintain high safety standards on every job site
- Direct employees in meeting or exceeding standards of quality
- Greet customers and ensure satisfaction post-completion
- Effectively manage job sites and services for efficient completion

**Requirements**:

- 5 years of driving experience
- Valid G drivers license
- Proficiency in both English and French
- Working at heights certificate (preferred)
- Ladder safety certificate (preferred)

**Salary**: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ottawa, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
