**Summary**

We are seeking a passionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Aspire Preschool Inc. This role is essential in helping our students develop their communication skills through tailored interventions and support. You will play a key role in fostering an engaging learning environment for children with unique needs.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct assessments to evaluate speech and language skills of children.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
- Implement evidence-based interventions to enhance communication abilities.
- Collaborate with ECEs and clinical staff to integrate speech therapy into daily activities.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet each child's needs.
- Provide guidance and support to families regarding communication strategies at home.
- Provide supervision to communication assistants
- Provide virtual therapy to school-aged children

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
- Current registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC.
- Experience working with children, particularly those with Autism Spectrum Disorder, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience engaging in virtual therapy is an asset.
- Knowledge of the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) principles is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $45.00-$90.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
