**Job Overview**
Innovate is seeking experienced, and non experienced Fiber and security technicians to join our team. Currently offer a $1000 signing bonus to experienced technicians, and $500 for new sub contractors. We also have in-house positions available.
**Responsibilities**
- Install and configure fiber optic cables and OSP
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on fiber optic systems.
- Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to complete installations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct tests on network connections to verify performance standards.
- Document installation processes and maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Setup and install security camera systems, alarm panels and contacts.
- Provide support for low voltage electrical systems as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Familiar with networking and telecommunications (Coaxial, Data, Fibre)
- Proficient in using hand tools and specialized equipment for installation tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be able to adhere to safety protocols while performing duties.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $2,500.00-$7,500.00 per month
