**Role Overview**

As the **HR Specialist, Total Rewards**, you will support the strategic and operational delivery of Alamos Gold’s global Total Rewards programs. From compensation benchmarking to benefits administration, you’ll provide insights and solutions that help attract and retain top talent. Reporting to the Global Head, Total Rewards, you’ll work closely with HR colleagues, finance teams, and external vendors to ensure consistency, compliance, and a positive employee experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Compensation Analysis & Support**:

- Lead the compensation survey process (job matching, data collection, analysis)
- Conduct market benchmarking and internal equity reviews
- Support merit increases, bonus processes, and salary planning
- Maintain global job architecture and support job evaluations
- Provide compensation data insights for leadership decision-making

**Benefits Administration**:

- Address complex internal inquiries related to benefit plans and Group RRSP
- Support day-to-day benefits administration and vendor relationships
- Contribute to continuous improvement of services and delivery

**Data Reporting & Insights**:

- Build and maintain dashboards for compensation and benefits reporting
- Analyze trends to inform strategic decisions
- Ensure data integrity across HR systems and reporting processes
- Assist in developing Total Rewards communication materials

**Project & Program Support**:

- Participate in cross-functional HR projects focused on employee experience
- Monitor best practices and innovations in Total Rewards

**Working Conditions**
- **Work Schedule**: Monday-Friday (required to be in the office 4 days a week)

**Physical Requirements**
- Prolonged periods of sitting, working at a computer, occasional lifting of up to 15 lbs

**Experience**: Required
- 3 - 6 years: Progressive experience in compensation or total rewards
- Experience with HRIS/compensation tools (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, ADP)
- Familiarity with compensation surveys (e.g., Mercer, WTW, Radford)
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills (formulas, pivot tables, modeling)
- High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive data confidentially

**Education**: Preferred
- Bachelor's degree or better in Human Resources Management or related field
