***Opportunity***:
The **Product Marketing Specialist - Home,** will be responsible for Saje’s Home portfolio, driving long-term sustainable category growth. This role will be involved in actively determining and driving the Home Category Strategy.

Reporting to the Director, Brand and Product Marketing, the **Product Marketing Specialist - Home**, is considered the key contact and conduit for all relevant category & product-based discussions across all channels. Broad responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the regular review of category health/performance, Home category forecasts contribution, and the creation of unique, different, better Marketing messages, communications & activations for the Home category. This role will work very closely with Brand Marketing to ensure every campaign or Product story gets the right focus as well as the right message and claim.

Through day to day functions, the **Product Marketing Specialist, Home, **contributes to maintaining and strengthening Saje’s culture; proactively engaging in behaviours that align with Saje’s values: Wellness, Growth, Celebration, Greatness and Belonging.

**Responsibilities**:
The
**Product Marketing Specialist, Home** is responsible for the day to day Marketing product management and ownership of their assigned category across all channels, ensuring the execution of plans in alignment with the Home Category Strategy.
- Be the voice of Home across the business. You know your category, inside & out.
- Be across the numbers; Prepare and provide regular Marketing performance updates, identifying performance trends supported by fact-based insights.
- Initiate Product focused evergreen stories and positioning in strong collaboration with the Campaigns Team.
- Manage competition review (pillars, launches Best practice execution ) and analyzes competitive performances through a monthly note
- Drive flawless strategy implementation across all business touchpoints, partnering with Retail, Digital and Brand.
- Contribute in the development of the Marketing Calendar with the Brand Marketing team
- Provide input to Brand and channels for the following: Marketing positioning and Education Content
- Contribute to the Home category Forecasts and plan sales projections, in collaboration with Demand Planning, Channels, Brand and Finance.
- Monthly review performance of Home portfolio
- Contribute to the categories Forecasts and plan sales projections, in collaboration with Demand Planning, the Product team, Channels and Finance.
- Is consulted for new launches forecasts, positioning and pricing.
- Contribute to the full Post-Launch review, in collaboration with Product Development, channels and Finance.
- Contribute to a team environment where all Team Members consistently experience a sense of belonging and inclusion
- University Degree or equivalent in marketing, business, communication, or a related field

**Applicant Requirements**:

- University Degree or equivalent in marketing, business, communication, or a related field
- First relevant project management experience in a marketing-related field, ideally in a Product Marketing / category management/specialist role.
- Experienced in goal-setting and defining KPIs
- Strong eye for aesthetic
- Great written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in English as well as presentation skills/storytelling
- Strong commercial acumen and business/financial understanding.
- An ability to understand high level objectives and vision, and translate them into actionable tasks and takeaways
- Strong computer skills: a high proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) is essential.
- Ability to work effectively with a broad spectrum of internal team members, with clear communications skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Data-driven, results-oriented and process driven, with high expectations of self and team.
- You have a sense of urgency: you meet deadlines, communicate issues proactively, and action items with appropriate speed
