**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Support**: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- **Order Management**: Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up.
- **Sales Coordination**: Assist the sales team with scheduling appointments, preparing sales materials, and tracking sales activities.
- **Account Management**: Maintain and update client records, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
- **Reporting**: Generate sales reports and provide insights to the sales team to support decision-making.
- **Communication**: Facilitate clear and effective communication between clients, sales representatives, and other departments.
- **Customer Service**: Deliver exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong client relationships.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support, account management, or customer service.
- Experience in the dental field is an asset.
- Proficiency in French is an asset.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., NetSuite Oracle) is a plus
- **Attributes**:

- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
