**Job Summary**
Parkwood Management is currently seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join its property management team in Moncton, New Brunswick. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing diverse tasks related to maintenance, repairs, and renovations.

**Duties**
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical repairs, and carpentry work.
- Handle repairs and troubleshooting for various appliances, fixtures, and equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of buildings, including checking for safety hazards, leaks, and other issues.
- Install, repair, or replace doors, windows, locks, cabinets, and other fixtures as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring that tools and equipment are properly stored.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in residential and/or commercial property maintenance as it relates to general repairs plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
- Familiarity with various tools and equipment used in maintenance and repairs.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality workmanship.
- Good physical condition and stamina to perform manual labor.
- Strong communication skills for professional interaction with tenants and team members.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
